Freight
Shipping costs are calculated when entering your information in checkout. For shipments outside Denmark, shipping is calculated individually. It is at all times the current shipping costs on the website, upon the order of the order that applies.

Generally
We ship all items as a parcel post, it allows us to trace the package if problems arise. The goods are insured during shipping and upon receipt we encourage you to check the content of the package. If the package and/or the contents are damaged when you receive it, contact us as soon as possible.
We always pack the goods safely so that the risk of cargo damage is minimized.
Delivery time
Normal delivery time is:
Denmark: 2-3 business days
EU countries: 4-7 business days
In case of missing deliveries, Salgmaster Webshop will submit a new delivery free of charge.
