Payment
Salgmaster receives online payments with; Dankort, Visa, MobilePay Online, Maestro, Apple Pay, Klarna.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product has been created unless otherwise agreed or appears in your order.
When paying with Visa Electron and MasterCard Debit, which is a debit card, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we deduct or reject the payment.
All amounts on the website include VAT.

Salgmaster uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL Protocol which means your data is secure and cannot be read by others outsiders.

The freight is calculated based on weight.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent "Without Distribution" or "With Distribution". You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package, from our warehouse and home to you.
Cancellation right
14 days full right of withdrawal on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed upon or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs you incur yourself.
Desire for cancellation must be notified at least 14 after delivery and reach us last 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Desire for the use of the right of withdrawal must be sent by email info@salgmaster.dk to which the standard cancellation form should be completed and sent with (cf. the form at the bottom of the trading conditions).
Item's condition on return
You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means you have to try the item in the same way as if you traded in a physical store.
If the item is tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and by impaired value. This means that when you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount return. It is up to sales masts to assess the condition of the item.
Contact right
2 -year warranty is granted on products in accordance with the Danish Purchase Act. The right of complaint applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding Errors and deficiencies must be notified to Sales Master in reasonable time after the goods receipt. MAX is considered here. Two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives by wrong or uncommon operation of the product.
Salgmaster covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
